About Us

 

RCFCCA is a Non-Profit organization that offers support services to Family Child Care Providers. We are a group of Family Child Care Providers who meet on a monthly basis to discuss issues pertaining to family child care. We meet the second Tuesday of each month. (See below for our schedule.) We invite all providers to these meetings. We hope to see you there!

Board Meeting Schedule***
Ramsey County Family Child Care Association meets the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 6:30 pm.

RCFCCA 2014 Board Meetings:
      2nd Tuesday of the Month
      January 14, February 11, March 11, April 8, May 13, June 10,
      Happy 4th of July, August 12, September 9, October 14, November 11,
      December - Happy Holidays.

To provide leadership and training.
To provide a networking system for providers.
To give recognition to those providers who have done an outstanding job.
To increase multi-cultural awareness in our communities.

Our Mission Statement:
To provide support services and resources, training and professional development for child care providers and act as advocates for children and families served by licensed family child care while respecting cultural diversity of all.

Our Union Position:
Ramsey County Family Child Care Association (RCFCCA) neither supports nor opposes any Union, their statements, beliefs, or practices. We, as an organization, are here in support of family child care providers and feel that the decision to join a Union, or not, is a personal and individual decision to be made by each family child care provider.
